To quote for your work, to carry it out, and to contact you about it afterwards. If you become a customer we keep a record of the work so we can come back to it if you need us to.

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once they are clearly not going anywhere. Customer records are kept for as long as we might reasonably need to refer back to the work.
